Tailored for our clients who own multiple homes. This service includes periodic inspections of your San Francisco Bay Area home which is tailored to the individual homeowner’s specific needs during their absence. We will provide you with an electronic alert (email or text) after the completion of each inspection. Inspections typically confirm the general condition of the exterior and interior of the home. If the home is monitored by a third party alarm company, we can act as local representative in homeowner’s absence. In the event a repair is required, we can meet the contractors to obtain bids, and supervise the contractor completing the repair.
